Delete your StackUp account

StackUp works without an account. If you signed in with Google to sync your training log between devices, you can delete that account and everything stored for it at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap ⋮ next to your name.
3. Choose Delete account permanently… and confirm.

Your account, the copy of your training log on our server and all your sign-in sessions are deleted right away. This cannot be undone. The log on the device you are using stays on that device and keeps working without an account; if you want a copy elsewhere, create a backup or an export in Settings → Data first.

Without the app

If you no longer have StackUp installed, send an e-mail to feedback.stackup@undisputed-dev.com from the e-mail address of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my StackUp account". We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted, and what is not

• Deleted: your account, your sign-in identity, every device session, and your entire training log on our server (exercises, splits, sessions, sets, body-weight entries, preferences). Copies in our server backups expire within 14 days.
• Not deleted: the training log stored locally on your devices — that is yours and stays where it is. Uninstalling the app removes it.
